Hallebardier › Data management

Clean data, in one place, ready to use.

A client listed three times under three spellings, a file called “final_v4”, records only one person can find. I prepare, clean and structure your data so it can be used: for new software, for AI, or simply for a right answer in one minute. Five questions show what this mess costs you.

Question 1 of 5
Where does your data live: clients, files, products?
Duplicates, incomplete records, errors: you find them…
How many hours a week does the team spend searching for, retyping, fixing or merging data?
And to produce the monthly figures (sales, open files, stock)?
Which project depends on this data within the year?

Five questions, two minutes. Nothing reaches me until you send the form at the end.

The work, in order

Each step is delivered on its own. You can stop after any of them and keep what is done.

The inventory

Where your data is, in what form, who changes it. A one-page table, before anything is touched.

The cleaning

Duplicates merged, empty fields filled or flagged, formats unified: addresses, phone numbers, dates, amounts.

The structure

One record per client, per file, per product, and links between them. Each piece of information has one place where it counts.

The migration

Into the new tool, with an import checked line by line. Nothing is lost, nothing is duplicated.

The rules

How to enter data, who approves, what to check every quarter. Written down, short, so it stays clean.

What clean data is for

Cleaning is not the goal. It makes what follows possible.

A CRM that works

Reminders reach the right client, at the right address.

AI that answers correctly

It reads up-to-date records, not three contradictory versions.

Dashboards with no touching up

The month’s figure is read, not rebuilt.

A migration with no loss

The new software starts with a complete history.

Data protection requests handled

Know what you hold on a person, and delete it, in one minute.

Fewer internal questions

Nobody needs to ask the one colleague who knows.

Questions

Does my data leave Switzerland?

No, unless your tools are already elsewhere. I work in your tools, or on an encrypted copy hosted in Switzerland and deleted at the end of the job. A data processing agreement is signed before we start.

Do you work in our tools?

Yes, preferably: spreadsheets, your CRM, your business software. If a central database is missing, I suggest one, cost it, and you decide.

What do you do with the data afterwards?

Nothing. Working copies are deleted at the end of the job, and I confirm it in writing.

How long does it take?

The inventory fits in one week. Cleaning and structure depend on volume: from two weeks for a few thousand records to two months for ten years of history.

How much does it cost?

On a quote, after the thirty-minute call and the inventory. The diagnostic already gives the order of magnitude of what the mess costs you per year.

The figure first, the conversation second.

The diagnostic is at the top of the page: five questions, two minutes. Or by phone, on +41 26 420 00 86.
