Hallebardier › Website & visibility › Brand identity

Let people understand in three seconds who you are, and for whom.

A blurred brand costs enquiries: the visitor cannot tell whether you are right for them, and leaves. I start from your positioning, then build what people see: logo, colours, typography, tone, and how they apply to your website and documents. Five questions show what an unclear website costs you.

Question 1 of 5
Your website today is…
When someone searches for your trade and your town on Google or in ChatGPT, you appear…
How many enquiries a month reach you through the website?
What does a new client bring you, on average?
How many hours a week do you spend doing by hand what a website would do: answering the same questions, sending information, booking appointments?

Five questions, two minutes. Nothing reaches me until you send the form at the end.

Positioning first, logo second

  1. 01The positioning

For whom, against whom, why you: three sentences the whole team can say.

  2. 02The words

The name, the tagline, the tone: how you speak, what you never say.

  3. 03The mark

Logo, colours, typography: three directions, then one, worked through to the end.

  4. 04The guidelines

A short document: the rules, the files, the don’ts.

  5. 05The application

Website, email signature, business cards, document templates.

Questions

I already have a logo. Do I need a new one?

Not necessarily. Often the positioning and the tone are enough, with a cleaned-up logo. I tell you what is worth changing, and why.

How many directions do you propose?

Three, clearly different. We keep one, and I work it through to the end rather than multiplying variants.

Do I own the files?

Yes, with the rights of use, once the balance is paid. Typefaces are chosen with licences that allow commercial use.

How long does it take?

Three to six weeks, depending on the number of applications. Positioning comes first, in one or two sessions.

How much does it cost?

On a quote, after the thirty-minute call. With a website, the identity is costed in the same quote.

The figure first, the conversation second.
