Hallebardier › AI & automation › Custom software

A small tool that does one thing, well, the way you work.

When no software on the market fits your trade, the team makes up for it with spreadsheets, copy-paste and memory. I build the missing tool: small, fast, connected to what you already use, and yours. Five questions show the time it would give back to you.

Question 1 of 5
How many people work in the business?
How many hours a week per person go into repetitive tasks: data entry, copy-paste, reminders, standard quotes or emails?
Do your tools (calendar, CRM, accounting, email) talk to each other?
And AI, today?
How often does a typing error, a forgotten reminder or a wrong figure cost you time?

Five questions, two minutes. Nothing reaches me until you send the form at the end.

What it can be

Five examples of small tools that bring in more than they cost.

A client portal

Your clients upload their documents and follow their file, with no email back and forth.

A quote calculator

Your trade’s prices, your rules, an accurate quote in two minutes.

A dashboard

The figures that matter, pulled from your software, up to date every morning.

An internal AI assistant

It answers the team’s questions from your documents, and says where the answer comes from.

A bridge between two programs

What goes into one shows up in the other, with no typing.

My rules

Five rules, written into every proposal.

Questions

Why not off-the-shelf software?

It is often the right answer, and I say so when it is. Custom software is worth it when your way of working is your advantage, or when the off-the-shelf tool costs more in adjustments than a small tool made for you.

Who maintains the tool?

I do, if you want, under a maintenance contract. Otherwise, the documentation is enough for another developer.

Where is the data hosted?

On your own hosting where possible, in Switzerland or Europe. I tell you where before we start.

How long does it take?

Two to four weeks for a first useful version. The rest is added in steps, each one costed.

How much does it cost?

On a quote, after the thirty-minute call. The diagnostic gives the time the tool would give back: that is the upper limit of what it should cost.

The figure first, the conversation second.

The diagnostic is at the top of the page: five questions, two minutes. Or by phone, on +41 26 420 00 86.
