This page governs the use of hallebardier.com and of the AI visibility test. For commissioned work, the signed contract and its annexes prevail; this page does not replace them.
The test queries third-party answer engines about a website and reports what they say. It is automated, free, and provided as is.
Its output is a snapshot, not a measurement. The engines involved change their answers from one day to the next, and Hallebardier neither controls nor influences them. The same address tested a week apart can return a different result with nothing having changed on the site.
The test does not replace an audit. It constitutes neither advice nor any guarantee of ranking or visibility.
The test is meant for evaluating a site you own or are responsible for. Automated or bulk querying, resale of results, and any attempt to disrupt the service are not permitted. Access may be restricted in case of abuse.
You submit a website address. What is done with it, and what is kept, is set out in the data protection page.
The site and the test are provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. They may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time, without notice.
Hallebardier’s liability is limited to the extent Swiss law permits. Wilful misconduct and gross negligence remain reserved, as does personal injury: they are not excluded, and article 100 CO would not allow it.
