Hallebardier › IT consulting

IT that holds, without an IT department.

Personal email addresses used for the business, a shared password on a sticky note, backups never tested: all is well until the day nothing is. I set up, document and hand back in your name what a small business needs, remotely. Five questions show what your current situation costs you.

Question 1 of 5
Who looks after your IT?
Your email and your access are…
Your backups?
How many hours a month does the team lose to outages, locked accounts, settings and searching for fixes?
How many people depend on these tools?

Five questions, two minutes. Nothing reaches me until you send the form at the end.

What I take care of, and what I do not

Everything that is software and can be done remotely. For hardware, a local provider does better than I would, and I tell you so.

Covered
  • Email and domain

Addresses on your own domain, with Infomaniak, Google, Microsoft or another: your choice, not mine.

  • Access and passwords

A password manager, two-factor authentication, a departure handled in one hour.

  • Backups

Automatic, off your premises, and tested by a real restore.

  • Software

CRM, CMS, business tools: installed, connected, documented.

Not covered
  • Hardware

Computers, printers, network, cabling: a local provider does that better.

  • On-site visits

Everything is done remotely, with access that you open and close.

  • On-call support

No hotline and no guaranteed response time: work by appointment, by the hour, with no contract.

  • Keeping the keys

Accounts stay in your name. I keep none of them once the work is done.

How it works

  1. 01The diagnostic

Five questions, here, then thirty minutes on the phone.

  2. 02The inventory

Accounts, domains, access, software, backups: what exists, and who owns it.

  3. 03The proposal

One page: what is done, in what order, for what amount.

  4. 04The set-up

Remotely, without stopping the work in progress.

  5. 05The handover

One document: where everything is, who has access, how to restore.

What goes with it

IT in order is the base of the three other areas.

Questions

Do you come on site?

No. Everything is done remotely, with access that you open for the duration of the work and close afterwards. For hardware, I point you to a local provider.

Do you work with Microsoft 365 or Google?

With both, and with Infomaniak, which hosts in Switzerland. I tell you what each changes for you, and you choose.

What about an outage on a Sunday?

I do not promise on-call support. What I set up is there precisely so an outage does not block you: tested backups, emergency access, documentation.

Can I take over on my own?

Yes. Everything is in your name and documented. The handover document is enough for another provider to take over without me.

How much does it cost?

On a quote, after the thirty-minute call and the inventory. One-off work is billed by the hour, with no contract.
