- You describe what you do and where your customers come from today
- I look at your site with you, if there is one
- I tell you which package fits, and what it costs
- If a new site wouldn't do anything for you, I say that too
Once the slot is booked
- The confirmation arrives by email within a minute
- It contains the video link, there is nothing to install
- A reminder goes out the day before
